• Lead and further develop the Open Programmes Business Unit of the Executive School of Management, Technology and Law at the University of St.Gallen
• Develop and implement the strategic roadmap of the Open Programmes portfolio
• Drive innovation, internationalisation, and digitalisation of the programme offerings
• Ensure quality and relevance of the programmes while aligning with the broader ES HSG strategy
• Manage a team of approx. 14 employees: including people development, recruitment and team culture
• Monitor and manage financial performance, including budget planning and controlling
• Represent the Business Unit within the Executive School Leadership Team and in relevant external contexts Development and implementation of the overall strategy of the Business Units Open Programmes

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in executive education or a related sector
• Experience in working in an academic or highly professionalised service environment
• High quality awareness, solution orientation and intercultural competence
• Proven leadership experience (5+ years) in managing diverse teams and complex projects
• Strategic thinking with strong financial and operational management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and German (C2 level required for both)
• Strong track record in programme development, positioning, and innovation (e.g. internationalisation, digitalisation, ranking strategies)
• Experience in working in an academic or highly professionalised service environment

The Executive School of Management, Technology and Law (ES HSG) is the contact point for executive education at the HSG. It offers its own broad portfolio of study programmes with various MBAs and Executive MBAs as well as other open and company-specific continuing education courses. The Law & Management division is an important business area of the ES HSG and focuses primarily on formats at the interface between law and business administration.
