As Director Open Programmes, you will lead one of the core business units of the Executive School and serve as a member of its Directors Team, actively shaping the strategic development of the Executive School (ES HSG).

• Lead and further develop the Open Programmes Business Unit at ES-HSG

• Lead and transform a team of 15+ professionals, fostering a high-performance culture

• Drive the implementation and refinement of a strategic roadmap for growth and transformation

•  Strengthen marketing excellence and strategic portfolio development

• Enhance customer-centric innovation and programme positioning

• Increase the visibility and competitive positioning of the portfolio in the European executive education market

• Ensure financial management, including budget planning, performance monitoring and cost control

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships within the University and with external executive education providers

• Serving as a member of the Directors Team and actively supporting the strategic development oft the School

• Doctoral degree or equivalent academic qualification strongly preferred
• Leadership experience
• Strategic and conceptual skills
• Extensive expertise in marketing and portfolio management
• Experience in developing, innovating, and positioning new products or academic programs
• Experience in transforming businesses
• High-quality awareness, strong solution orientation, and intercultural competence
• Excellent communication skills in English and German (C2 level required for both)

The Executive School of Management, Technology and Law (ES HSG) is the contact point for executive education at the HSG. It offers its own broad portfolio of study programmes with various MBAs and Executive MBAs as well as other open and company-specific continuing education courses. The Law & Management division is an important business area of the ES HSG and focuses primarily on formats at the interface between law and business administration.
