Assistant Manager Co-Curriculum Development, HSG Responsibility & Sustainability Team (m/w/d)
As the Assistant Manager for Co-Curriculum Development, you will be part of the Delegate’s team for Responsibility & Sustainability at the University of St.Gallen (HSG). You will closely work with the Project Manager for Co-Curriculum Development and the Head of Sustainability Curriculum Development to foster a vibrant community of students and organisations committed to promoting sustainable practices.
As an Assistant Manager, you have the opportunity to co-create and take charge of activities such as NextGen Impact Forum and other student-driven initiatives. You enable student leadership for sustainability by focusing on community building, impact development, and providing advisory support. Join the Delegate’s team for Responsibility and Sustainability and collaborate with a growing number of student changemakers.
- You will act as a liaison and advisor to student project leaders and student associations and help them develop their initiatives.
- You will develop and manage effective stakeholder relationships.
- You will co-create events that enable student leadership and innovation for sustainability.
- You are an outgoing self-starter with strong project management skills.
- You are passionate about people and planet and have solid knowledge of sustainability.
- You are eager to drive positive change in the HSG student association landscape.
- You are a HSG student willing to join our team for one year or longer.
- You are comfortable communicating in both English and German.
The position is a part-time engagement, and the workload varies according to the period (semester, examination phase or semester break).
