Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, self-sufficient, independent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the institute by providing administrative assistance. This position presents a compelling opportunity to contribute to an environment dedicated to fostering responsible innovation.
Responsibilities
- Execute general administrative duties, including office management and bookkeeping.
- Prepare and disseminate external communication, including managing social media and curating the institute’s website.
- Support the planning and logistics for seminars, workshops, and other institute-related activities.
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate coordination and communication within the institute.
The Institute of Responsible Innovation at the University of St.Gallen (IRI-HSG) is a multidisciplinary platform dedicated to responsible innovation, social entrepreneurship, and grand challenges.
