• Co-lead and co-develop the St.Gallen Board Center 
• Ensure a successful growth and performance of the St. Gallen Board Center
• Strengthen the existing relationships to existing board members and corporate partners and build up new ones
• Development of the team
• Oversee the operational management of the programmes
• Oversee budgeting and financial performance of the Board Programmes
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement of programme content and teaching formats to ensure relevance and impact

• Master’s Degree in strategy, international management, business administration, economics, social sciences or international relations; a PhD is an advantage
• Proven experience in executive education and/or leadership roles in practice (e.g. corporate career, consulting)
• Strong understanding of corporate governance and board dynamics
• Exceptional leadership, organisational and communication skills, enabling you to effectively coordinate complex processes and collaborate with different stakeholders
• International experience and/or experience working in a global environment
• Ability to work well under pressure; collaborative and flexible attitude
• Fluent in English and German proficiencyP

The Executive School of Management, Technology and Law (ES HSG) is the contact point for executive education at the HSG. It offers its own broad portfolio of study programmes with various MBAs and Executive MBAs as well as other open and company-specific continuing education courses. The Law & Management division is an important business area of the ES HSG and focuses primarily on formats at the interface between law and business administration.
