Content & Thought Leadership Specialist – Executive School HSG (m/w/d)

Kern- und Hauptaufgaben

In this role, you will be a central sparring partner for faculty and senior leadership, helping them to articulate complex ideas in accessible ways and to build a distinctive, credible presence in the public and professional discourse.

  • Develop and own a content strategy and editorial roadmap for the Executive School, aligned with our key themes, markets and ecosystem partnerships.
  • Plan and coordinate content production across formats (e.g. articles, interviews, white pa-pers, newsletters, webinars, podcasts, videos and social media campaigns), in close collabo-ration with faculty, programme directors and external partners.
  • Design and drive faculty marketing initiatives that position selected professors and experts as visible thought leaders in priority topics and markets, including speaker engagements, webinar series and executive dialogues.
  • Ensure that ecosystem partnerships (e.g. with HSG Alumni, St.Gallen Symposium, Nordic Business Forum and other platforms) are supported by strong narratives and content assets that can be amplified across their global networks.
  • Develop clear messaging and value propositions for key Executive School offerings and stra-tegic initiatives, working closely with Central Marketing, business development and pro-gramme teams.
  • Establish simple but robust processes and standards for content quality, brand coherence and channel orchestration, including performance tracking and learning loops

Erwartete Kompetenzen / Profil

  • Several years of experience in content strategy, thought leadership, executive communica-tions or B2B content marketing in a knowledge-intensive environment (e.g. executive educa-tion, consulting, professional services, media or think tanks).
  • Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and subject-matter experts, translating com-plex topics into clear, engaging formats for executive and board-level audiences.
  • Strong editorial and storytelling skills, including experience in planning and producing mul-ti-channel content (online, social media, events, webinars, print or video).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German, with a high standard of written and spoken language and sensitivity for tone and audience.
  • A structured working style, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple content streams and deadlines in parallel.
  • High integrity, curiosity and a genuine interest in topics such as leadership, strategy, gov-ernance, innovation and transformation.
